Delivery and Tracking Policy
Once your order is shipped, tracking details along with the courier partner information will be shared via email.
You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking number on the courier service’s website.
Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If the package is not received after these attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, including the correct zip/postal code and an active mobile number, to avoid any delivery issues.
Orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be eligible for a refund.
In case of any issues with your order, requests for return or refund must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must reach us within this timeframe; requests beyond this period will not be accepted
